January 1, 2011. Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, pictured, talking to Minister of Transport Igor Levitin in Novo-Ogarevo during the meeting on the Tu-154 plane accident. The Tu-154, that was to fly from Surgut to Moscow, blazed up when moving along the runway in the Surgut Airport. One person died, and 20 people were taken to hospital.
