The Fyodor Chaliapin Monument honoring the great Russian singer on an embankment in Plyos in the Ivanovo Region. Unveiled on September 13, 2020, the bronze monument consisting of three figures was made by People's Artist of Russia Alexander Rukavishnikov. It depicts Chaliapin as an ordinary Plyos dacha owner who is taking a walk on the banks of the Volga River, and who has decided to relax and to sit down on a boat.
