An international motor rally involving Soviet-made cars via the Russian Golden Ring. Rally participants stopped in Vladimir near the walls of the Nikotskaya Church or the Church of the Decapitation of St. John the Baptist, built by a local merchant named Semyon Lazarev in the 1760s.
