

Zaraisk in the Moscow Region. The local water ranks among the most interesting and memorable architectural landmarks dating to the early 20th century. It is also one of the best observation decks in the Moscow Region. The tower was built in 1914-1916 to a design by a technician named A. I. Filippov in the town's highest section. The octagonal four-tier red-brick tower that stands 29 meters tall and used to supply water to local residential buildings.
