Timur Bekmansurov, who staged a shooting attack in Perm State National Research University waits in a defendants' cage during a verdict hearing at Perm Regional Court, in Perm, Russia. Bekmansurov opened fire on the University campus in Septemebr 2021, leaving six people dead. The suspect resisted the police during the detention and was wounded. He had part of his lower leg amputated as a result of the incident.
