Head of Russia's Udmurt Republic, Alexander Brechalov takes part in the Fir Tree of Wishes charity campaign before a meeting of the State Council on implementing the youth policy in current conditions, at the Kremlin in Moscow, Russia. The goal of the national charity event is to fulfill wishes of children involving handicapped or suffering from potentially life-threatening conditions, as well as of orphans and children from poor families.
