Prime Minister of India Shri Vishawath Pratap Singh is paying an official visit to the Soviet Union. Unveiling a monument to Indian poet Rabindranath Tagore in Moscow's Druzhba (Friendship) Park. The monument was built to a design by sculptor Gautam Pal and architect Yury Konovalov.
