In this handout photo released by the Russian Emergencies Ministry, Russian Minister of Civil Defence, Emergencies and Disaster Relief Alexander Kurenkov and rescue workers are seen at the scene of a gas explosion that occurred in a residential building is seen in Nizhnevartovsk, Russia. The blast occurred in an apartment block, causing a partial collapse of two floors of the building. 15 people were injured as a result of the incident, six of whom died and four were hospitalized in medical institutions.
