In this handout video grab released by the Russian Investigative Committee, an employee of the Committee stands at the scene of a domestic gas explosion that occurred in a residential building in the village of Tymovskoye, Sakhalin Island, Russia. The explosion caused the collapse of five floors. At least nine people were killed, four of them are children. The search for others residents continues.
