Friendship of Peoples Fountain is one of the three main fountains of the Exhibition of Achievements of the National Economy of the USSR (VDNKh). It was built in 1954 by architect K. Topuridze, designed by sculptors P. Dobrynin, Z. Ryleeva, V. Aleksandrova-Roslavleva. In the background is the Main Pavilion of the USSR Exhibition of Economic Achievements (now Pavilion No. 1, Central). It was built in 1954 according to the design of G. Schuko and Y. Stolyarov.
