The monument to the water carrier was erected in 2012 in Kolomna. This wrought iron metal sculpture is dedicated to the once important but now forgotten profession of water carrier. At a time when central water pipelines had not yet been built in cities, water was delivered to residents on carts and sold in buckets. The work was done by local blacksmiths - Anton and Pavel Yakushev.
