The first commercial (Soviet-German) pharmacy in the USSR, located in one of the departments of the Eye Microsurgery Moscow clinic of the Intersectoral Scientific and Technical Complex. This joint venture was created by a German businessman, a doctor from the Federal Republic of Germany, an emigrant Yury Mikhailov.
