A monument and memorial plaque commemorating participants in the Spanish Civil War (1936-1939), former students of the First Zaraisk Red Army Pilot School, Heroes of the Soviet Union Primo Gibelli (Italian) and Boris Turzhansky (first Hero of the Soviet Union for combat achievements). The monument was unveiled on August 31, 1968. Created by architects A.Gaiko and sculptor V.Polyanchev, Merited Cultural Worker of Russia.
