A fire hydrant during a training fire-fighting tactical exercise at Kamchatka CHPP-2 in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. The exercise involved 50 personnel and 15 units of special equipment. Kamchatka CHPP-2 is the second most powerful thermal power plant in Kamchatka Krai. It is a strategic facility that, in the event of a real fire, will be extinguished by the highest third call in Kamchatka.
