The Russian-made Aviatika-MAI-890 light-engine multi-role biplane, developed at the Sectoral Special Design Bureau of the Moscow Aviation Institute, has been manufactured since 1989 at the Ural Civil Aviation Plant, affiliated with Russian Aircraft Company MiG, and it effectively assists farmers.
