

The B-855 submarine takes to the open sea in protest against the regime imposed by the USSR State Emergency Committee and suspension of Mikhail Gorbachyov from his duties as the President of the USSR. Crew members sign a St. Andrew's flag under which the submarine took to the open sea during the August Coup.
