Residents cry, standing near the ruins of their house, destroyed by shelling on Kyrgyz-Tajik border, in the border settlement of Kapchygay of the Batken district, Kyrgyzstan. Large-scale clashes on the Kyrgyz-Tajik border flared up on September 14. Both sides agreed to a ceasefire several times, however the agreements have not been respected and mutual shelling continues.
