

The view shows the wall of a house damaged as a result of a recent shelling on the border of Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan, in the village of Chorkuh, Tajikistan. The houses were shelled with mortars and small arms, the residents of these houses were successfully evacuated to Isfara. Large-scale clashes on the Kyrgyz-Tajik border flared up on September 14. Both sides agreed to a ceasefire several times, however the agreements have not been respected and mutual shelling continues.
