A car burned out as a result of shelling is seen near the Min-Bulak outpost in the village of Maksat on Kyrgyz-Tajik border, in Kyrgyzstan. Large-scale clashes on the Kyrgyz-Tajik border flared up on September 14. Both sides agreed to a ceasefire several times, however the agreements have not been respected and mutual shelling continues.
