A ceremony of collecting the encryption keys is broadcast following the three-day voting in regional elections, at the Russian Central Election Commission (CEC) information centre in Moscow, Russia. Elections at various levels, dubbed the single voting day, are taking place in 81 regions throughout the country from September 9 to 11.
