An elector studies the list of candidates for members of local governing bodies of the Gagarinsky municipal district during early voting in the elections to the city Duma at a polling station in Moscow, Russia. Elections at various levels, dubbed the single voting day, are taking place in 81 regions throughout the country from September 9 to 11.
