In this handout video grab released by the investigative committee of the Russian Federation, an interior view of the burned-out hostel, located in a 15-storey building on Alma-Ata Street, where the hostel was located, in Moscow, Russia. At least eight people died, more than 200 people were evacuated, four people were hospitalised.
