In this handout video grab released by the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB), a number which the FSB said was supposed to confirm the readiness of a pilot to hijack an airplane to Ukraine, is seen in the background of a Russian combat aircraft at the unknown location. The Ukrainian intelligence service has promised to pay up to 2 million dollars to a Russian pilot it tried to recruit for hijacking a military aircraft, according to footage released by FSB on July 25. Earlier in the day, the FSB said that it had thwarted a Ukrainian military intelligence operation supervised by the special services of NATO countries to hijack Russian air force Sukhoi Su-24, Su-34 or Tupolev Tu-22M3 combat aircraft.
