Residents and police officers are seen near a damaged residential building in the border town of Belgorod, Russia. Presumably, the air defense system worked, according to preliminary information eleven residential buildings and 39 houses were damaged in the explosions which occurred in the early hours, 3 persons were killed. The reasons are being investigated.
