Novosti Press Agency (APN, now Rossiya Segodnya) signs an agreement on bilateral cooperation in information activities with the Mexican news agency NOTIMEX. From the USSR, the agreement was signed by Pavel Naumov, Chairman of the Board of APN, and from the Mexican side, by Pedro Ferris Santa Cruz.
