The ER-200, the first Soviet high-speed DC train, manufactured at the Riga Rail Carriages Plant under the guidance of Chief Designer Vsevolod Korovkin, has just arrived from Leningrad and stopped at Moscow's Leningradsky Railway Station. The train started regularly operating from March 1, 1984.
