A student of the Snowave Surf School going to surf on Khalaktyrsky Beach on Kamchatka's Pacific coast, outside Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Russia. Snowave Surf School is the first state-funded children's surfing school in Russia. It will enroll 76 children aged 9 to 16.
