

The first monument to Ivan the Great (III) in Russia. It was built in the Vladimir Hermitage of the Saint Tikhon Remote Monastery where a museum complex called the Great Standoff on the Ugra River is located The bronze monument that stands 4.5 meters tall together with its pedestal was manufactured at the studio of architect Gridasov and commemorates the Great Standoff on the Ugra River in 1480. The monastery financed the project, and the monument was unveiled on July 8, 2017.
