

Russian State Space Corporation Roscosmos Director General Dmitry Rogozin attends a state commission meeting ahead of the upcoming launch of A Soyuz-2.1a rocket booster carrying the Progress MS-20 cargo spacecraft from the Baikonur Cosmodrome, Kazakhstan. The rocket bears flags of the Donetsk (DPR) and Luhansk (LPR) People's Republics. A sign reading "Donbass" is applied to the second stage of the rocket. The spacecraft is to deliver 2.5 tonnes of cargo to the International Space Station.
