Russian State Space Corporation Roscosmos Director General Dmitry Rogozin attends a state commission meeting ahead of the upcoming launch of A Soyuz-2.1a rocket booster carrying the Progress MS-20 cargo spacecraft from the Baikonur Cosmodrome, Kazakhstan.
