Kyrgyzstan's President Sadyr Zhaparov, centre, takes part in the ceremony of handing over special equipment to the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Border Service of the Kyrgyz National Security Committee, in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. In total, 58 units of fire trucks, 50 KAMAZ trucks and 55 units of Tiger armoured personnel carriers were transferred.
