A vehicle of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine departs from Donetsk People's Republic. According to the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) on ceasefire, all vehicles of the mission are leaving the city.
