Ukrainian ministers sing the national anthem at the Cabinet of Ministers building in Kiev, Ukraine. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky declared February 16 the Day of Unity. On this day, national flags are raised throughout the country, citizens wear blue and yellow ribbons.
