

Cathedral of Christ the Savior is a copy of the XIX century cathedral of the same name. The original was under construction for 44 years (1839-1883) it was meant to manifest people's gratefulness to God for it saved Russia from Napoleon. The project was designed by architect Konstantin Ton.
