July 9, 2010. President Dmitry Medvedev, right, presented the Pushkin Medal to Nong Duc Manh, secretary general of the Vietnam Communist Party's Central Committee. The medal was presented for strengthening friendship between the two nations, studying and developing the Russian language and preserving cultural heritage.
