State Duma deputy Valery Gartung, left, arrived at the Kadashevskaya Sloboda neighborhood, where people are protesting the demolition of historical buildings and the construction of the Five Capitals apartment complex. In April 2010, the construction was halted. On June 6th, employees of a private security company and construction workers blocked the entrances leading to the construction site.
