Viktor Ivanovich Kosichkin (born 1938), USSR all-round champion in short-track speed skating in 1961, Honoured Master of Sports, winner in 10,000 m round during the competition in man short-track speed skating for individual USSR and RSFSR championship in Gorky, is standing on the pedestal with a special prize, instituted by newspaper "Izvestia".
