The People's Republic of Angola. This hospital in Luanda treats victims of a civil war that flared in Angola in 1975, and which involved three rival groups, the Popular Movement for the Liberation of Angola (MPLA), the National Front for the Liberation of Angola (FNLA) and the National Union for the Total Independence of Angola (UNITA). This armed conflict ended only in 2002.
