A TEM2 diesel shunting locomotive with electric traction. These locomotives were manufactured from 1960 at the Bryansk Machine-Building Plant, now affiliated with Transmashholding. From 1969, their production was also sited at the Lugansk Diesel Locomotives Plant, now Luganskteplovoz PLC, in the Ukrainian SSR.
