The building of House of Friendship With Peoples of Foreign Countries (now the Russian Government's Reception House) on Kalinin Prospect (now Vozdvizhenka Street). The mansion was built by architect Viktor Mazyrin at the order by millionaire Arseny Morozov in 1895-1899.
