

A workers' town of Zvyozdny in the Ust-Kutsky District of the Irkutsk Region. It was founded in 1974 by construction workers of the Baikal-Amur Mainline (BAM). The first station of the western section of BAM, Zvyozdnaya, was built in the town. The town infrastructure was built by ArmBAMstroi (Armenia).
