A memorial plaque to British sailor Geoffrey Shelton who served on Northern Convoys near the Monument to Countries of the Anti-Hitler Coalition in Murmansk. After World War II, Mr. Shelton researched the history of Northern Convoys to commemorate his fallen comrades. He received the Ushakov Medal for displaying bravery and courage in naval battles.
