On May 7, 1975 a monument was unveiled on Chelyuskintsev Street in honor of the military commonwealth of the countries of the anti-Hitler coalition during the Second World War. It was designed by architects A. Ganin and V. Andreyev. The monument resembles a hand holding the globe in its open palm. It was installed in a small public garden near the House of Culture of Sailors.
