Employees of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry set up a tent camp near the Listvyazhnaya coal mine, in the town of Belovo in the Kuznetsk Coal Basin, Kemerovo Region, Russia. Coal dust has caught on fire in a vent causing smoke to spread around the mine. A fire at a coal mine killed 11 people and injured more than 40.
