A monument to Anatoly Bredov, Hero of the Soviet Union from Murmansk. It was built at the initiative of cadets of the Murmansk Higher Maritime School with funds raised by the youth of the city. The bronze monument became the first original (author's) sculpture installed in Murmansk. It was unveiled on May 9, 1958. Designed by architect A. Antonov. Sculptors G. Yastrebinetskiy, A. Dolinenko, anjd V. Tatarovich.
