From October 8, people in Kalinigrad region can visit cafes and restaurants only with a QR code showing they have been vaccinated or had an infection indicating immunity. According to a decision of city authorities, from November 1, museums and libraries will be accessible only by QR code. Swimming pools, fitness centers, theaters, philharmonic halls, concert halls and cinemas must only admit customers who can present a QR code.
