

The Kremlin Congress Palace (today State Kremlin Palace) designed by a collective of architects led by Mikhail Posokhin. Architectural style: Soviet modernism. The palace was opened on October 17, 1961 by the XXII Congress of the USSR Communist Party. In addition to hosting party congresses, it served as a platform for theatrical performances, concerts and other social events.
