Customs officers dismantle the Debaltsevo customs post at the border between the self-proclaimed republics of Donetsk and Luhansk (DPR and DPR, respectively) in eastern Ukraine. The DPR and LPR authorities are completing the synchronization of civil, customs and tax legislation to create a common economic and customs area.
