The antenna array / command and measuring facility at the Soviet Academy of Sciences' Gherman Titov Long-Range Space Communications Center in Vitino village near Yevpatoria, the Crimean ASSR, part of the Ukrainian SSR. The facility is now subordinated to the Russian Aerospace Force.
