A delegation of the Union of Soviet Societies for Friendship and Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries (now the Russian Association for International Cooperation) visits Japan. The delegation members are greeted by Takeshige Ishiguro, president of the Japanese-Soviet Ties Society.
