Officers from the Drug Enforcement Division of the Soviet Interior Ministry's Main Moscow Crime Investigation Directorate, now the Main Drug Control Directorate of the Russian Federation's Interior Ministry, have caught a drug courier red-handed in a local apartment. She was found to have 120 grams of poppy straw.
